Technical
specifications for the SuperNES/ SuperFamicom are: custom
16-BIT 3.6Mhz 65816, 128Kbytes of memory, 256 displayable
colors out of a palette of 32,768 colors, digital stereo sound
with eight sound channels and proprietary graphic modes which
allowed for rotation and other special effects.
There
are various emulators for the SuperNES. These are ESNES, SNEmul,
SNES9X and ZSNES. SNES9x and ZSNES are definetely the best
ones. There are other emulators, but they are not as good
as these ones.

About The Emulators
Snes9x:
Definitely one of the best SNES emulators. There are many
other versions for different Operating Systems so get them
at the Snes9x Homepage. Please also note that Snes9x for Windows
95 requires DirectX.
ZSNES:
The CONFIG menu does not work yet, so to configure sound,
joystick and other features, edit the ZSNES.CFG file. If it
is not there, run ZSNES once and the file will be created.
